WHY CAN'T I FIND ANY MINI OBJECTS ON YOUR SITE?
If you do not see any mini objects for purchase on our site, it means we are sold out. We are a small business with a small team of SLPs and SLPAs so it can sometimes be hard to keep things in stock at all times. We are working hard to get things ready for the next restock. If you want to know the date of the next restock you can email me or follow along on Instagram (@speechtreeco) where everything is announced.

HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?
If this is your first time logging in to your account, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to www.SpeechTreeCo.com 
2. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
3. Click "Sign Up"
4. Enter the information. You must use the same email that you used when subscribing if you are a subscriber.
5. Once you enter the information and click sign up you will be able to see all past orders. There will also be a "manage subscriptions" button (if you are a subscriber) in the top left and this is where you can make any necessary changes.

DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?
I am not accepting purchase orders at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
Items are made to order and typically have a processing time of 7 days. Processing time may be longer if purchased during a sale due to the large amount of orders received at these times. Thank you for your patience!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you have any issues with your order please contact me so I can help you out. I want everything to be perfect for you and am usually not even aware that there is an issue unless you contact me about it. I am happy to accept returns if you notify me within 7 days and send your items back within 14 days. 

WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
My products are designed to target specific skills, not age ranges. 
None of my products are appropriate for children under 3 due to small parts.
The speech sound boxes are appropriate for any age as they are very open ended and have endless possibilities for use.
The task boxes are designed for specific skills and are appropriate for children of any developmental/cognitive age who need help developing that skill.

HOW DO I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
The task boxes and digital downloads come with instruction sheets for how to use. The speech sound boxes are open ended but it comes with an idea sheet for how to use.
